Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Admin, located in Dubai, UAE with some flexibility for hybrid mode. The HR Admin will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing employee records, scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding processes, and responding to employee inquiries. The role also involves assisting in HR operations, maintaining compliance and documentation, supporting recruitment pipelines, and ensuring smooth internal communication within the organization.
