Job Description

Responsibilities

HR (60%)

1. Handle full-cycle recruitment for employees.

2. Manage employee onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and relations.

3. Process local payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits (e.g., insurance).

4. Ensure all HR practices comply with local Middle East labor laws.

5. Organize local training and team-building activities.

Admin (40%)

1. Oversee daily office operations, maintenance, and vendor management.

2. Manage office procurement, supplies, and fixed assets.

3. Support meetings, business visits, and travel arrangements.

4. Liaise with government agencies, partners, and property management.

Requirements

  1. Willing to relocate to Dubai or Dubai resident.
  2. 3+ years in HR/Admin. Middle East experience preferred.
  3. Knowledge of core HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance).
  4. Familiar with local labor laws, visas, and insurance procedures.
  5. Fluent in English and Chinese.
  6. Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  7. Able to multitask and solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented.
