HR Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions including recruitment, employee records, payroll support, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation
- Maintain and update employee records (personal files, contracts, attendance)
- Support recruitment activities such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, system access, inductions)
- Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and overtime data
- Help administer employee leave, benefits, and HR policies
- Respond to basic employee HR queries and redirect when necessary
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communications
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of HR data
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of HR principles and labor regulations is an advantage
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
