Job Title: HR Analytics Instructor (CHRM Preferred)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Organization: Time Training Center

Employment Type: Part-Time (Weekend Classes)

Role Overview

Time Training Center is seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on HR Analytics Instructor to deliver training in HR Analytics, Power BI, and HR Dashboarding. The role involves teaching students, supporting their learning journey, and ensuring they gain both theoretical understanding and practical skills required for real-world HR analytics applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, instructor-led sessions on HR Analytics (descriptive, diagnostic, and basic predictive concepts), People Analytics frameworks, and Power BI for HR reporting and dashboard development
  • Conduct both theoretical and practical sessions using real-world HR datasets
  • Facilitate case studies, group discussions, and hands-on exercises
  • Develop and continuously update course materials in line with industry trends
  • Prepare training presentations, study materials, assignments, and practical exercises
  • Design capstone projects such as HR dashboards and analytics use cases using real business scenarios (e.g., attrition analysis, recruitment metrics, workforce insights)
  • Mentor and guide students throughout the course
  • Provide constructive feedback on assignments and projects
  • Support learners in building portfolio-ready HR dashboards and analytics projects
  • Design and conduct assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations
  • Evaluate student performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in HR technology, workforce analytics, and data visualization tools
  • Integrate current industry practices into training delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR Analytics / People Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard development
  • Ability to teach both theoretical and practical concepts effectively
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification such as CHRM (preferred)
  • Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience
  • Familiarity with Excel or other data tools
