Job Purpose
Responsible for planning, managing, coordinating, and executing all Human Resources and Administrative Affairs activities to ensure an effective, organized, and compliant work environment that supports the achievement of the company's objectives. This includes developing employees, reviewing HR operations, and ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements through an integrated administrative and operational framework.
Key Responsibilities
First: Human Resources
- Prepare, implement, and update internal policies, regulations, and procedures in line with the company's strategic plan.
- Supervise recruitment and selection processes to ensure attracting and hiring the best talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to regulations, salaries, grades, and general organizational rules.
- Manage employee files and records and regularly update HR databases.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and develop plans to motivate employees and improve performance.
- Manage payroll and benefits systems and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures that prevent any legal violations against the company.
- Ensure the company's compliance with labor laws and social insurance regulations.
- Coordinate, register, and review employee medical insurance according to internal company policies.
- Supervise the Human Resources Department and ensure compliance with hotel regulations, systems, and policies.
Second: Administrative Affairs
- Supervise general administrative services and coordinate among all company departments.
- Manage and organize company files, contracts, and official documents.
- Follow up on government relations, licenses, and permits required for business operations.
- Approve general and special meeting minutes related to the Board of Directors and General Assemblies.
- Coordinate with the company's legal advisors regarding approval of official records and documents.
- Manage office requirements, supplies, and administrative purchases.
- Supervise support services such as reception, drivers, and auxiliary services, ensuring adherence to company regulations.
- Monitor administrative operating costs and work on improving efficiency and reducing waste.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources and Administrative Management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and government regulations.
- Proficiency in HR systems and computer applications.
- Strong planning, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
