Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support employee development initiatives.
  • Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor relations, and office supply inventory.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work culture and high employee engagement.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions ensuring seamless execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management and office administration, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office Suite, and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
