POSITION OBJECTIVE
The position is responsible for HRMS software implementation across Apparel Group and improvise the same in terms of configuration and customization as per the business requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in developing HRMS software
- Assist in the review of data in HRMS to ensure 100% accuracy
- Following all processes defined in the project including system administration
- Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews and audits
- Collaborate with other HRMS users (Payroll, Accounting, Projects, etc.)
- Update of employee information, documents etc in the HRMS manually avoiding an excel upload from the vendor side
- Provide the user details to all employees for HRMS access
- Ensures the internal workflow mapping for all employees are updated accordingly
- Report preparation
- Handles queries related to HRMS for employees
