Strategic Responsibilities
- Drive HR transformation initiatives aligned with global business goals.
- Reengineer processes to improve efficiency and scalability across regions.
- Partner with leadership on HR strategies supporting growth and operational excellence.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Optimize talent through succession planning, leadership development, and engagement.
- Advise on international HR policies, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
- Foster cultural integration across global operations.
Operational Responsibilities
- Enhance HR process efficiency and implement best practices across borders.
- Use data analytics to guide workforce optimization and cost reduction.
- Champion digital HR tools to streamline processes and improve employee experience.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and share best practices.
- Manage stakeholders to align HR processes with business strategies.
- Promote continuous improvement and data-driven HR service delivery.
- Standardize HR processes internationally for consistency and compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
- Strong background in banking or financial institutions (preferred).
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Based in Doha, Qatar.
