Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as the strategic HR Business Partner for designated departments, aligning people strategies, manpower plans, and workforce priorities with business objectives.
  • Support the design, development, enhancement, and governance of HR functional frameworks and tools, including talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, promotions, recognition, employee relations, and onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to support the development of manpower plans and development plans, and follow up on their execution to ensure effective implementation.
  • Partner with business leaders to effectively apply performance management and talent frameworks, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, succession planning, performance improvement plans and internal mobility.
  • Provide consultative support on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with company policies, values, and agreed frameworks.
  • Deliver HR insights and analytics through reports and dashboards, translating people data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Support engagement, culture, and employee experience initiatives and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen HR frameworks, processes, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Education

  • Minimum 5 years in HR, including experience in business partnering and talent management
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (specialized HR certification is preferred)

  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
  • Strong general knowledge of best HR practices and alignment
