Job Description

How you'll make an impact

  • Drives implementation of effective HR programs (e.g. people development, compensation & benefits implementation, organizational development and change management), in close cooperation with respective corporate functions.
  • Manages all HR topic on site Beni Suef & New Capital Power Plants (2/3 days a week).
  • Advises business area leaders regarding general HR topics, processes and compliance issues.
  • Discusses workforce demands for (an) assigned organization(s).
  • Guides coordination of staffing - in cooperation with HR operations.
  • Drives implementation of the global people strategy and derives appropriate actions for functional HR strategy and global or regional HR level.
  • Develops global and / or regional, diverse talent pipeline.
  • Is responsible for overseeing Visa processes for expats.

What You Bring:


  • Minimum bachelor's degree in subjects as Human Resources, business administration, etc.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience within HR as HR generalist in multinational organization and matrix organization.
  • Deep knowledge of the local Labor law and legislative framework related to employee-employer relationships.
  • Thorough understanding of HR practices like compensation & benefits, performance management, etc.
  • HR experience with blue collar workers, ideally in technical sectors.
  • Great ability to partner with managers, employees, providers, HR professionals
  • English Fluent level
