Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Communications Specialist to develop and deliver clear, engaging, and effective internal HR communications that strengthen employee awareness, alignment, and engagement across the organization.

This role will focus on creating compelling content, coordinating communication campaigns, and enhancing the visibility of HR initiatives and programs. The successful candidate will work closely with HR teams and internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is consistent, accurate, and aligned with organizational communication standards and values.

Key Responsibilities

Internal HR Communication

  • Develop and implement internal HR communication plans and campaigns that support transparency, employee engagement, and organizational priorities.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute HR announcements, newsletters, and internal updates.

Content Development

  • Design and create engaging written and visual communication materials including digital content, infographics, and key messages.
  • Promote HR initiatives, programs, and success stories through compelling storytelling.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR teams and business partners to ensure consistent and timely messaging across HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate communication rollouts for employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and surveys.

Digital Content Management

  • Manage and update HR content across internal platforms and digital communication channels.
  • Maintain the HR communication calendar and ensure alignment with organizational campaigns and milestones.

Performance & Improvement

  • Monitor communication effectiveness through feedback, engagement metrics, and participation rates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal communication strategies and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Internal communications strategy and employee engagement messaging
  • Content development and storytelling
  • Digital communication tools and platforms (PowerPoint, Canva, SharePoint, intranet platforms)
  • HR communication channels including HRIS notifications, email platforms, and internal portals
  • Knowledge of HR frameworks, employment regulations, and workforce policies
