Overview
We are working with a leading Big 4 consulting firm on a high-impact project with a prominent government entity in Dubai. They are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support job architecture design and broader HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and draft job descriptions from scratch across multiple functions
- Build and standardize job architecture frameworks aligned with organizational strategy
- Partner with stakeholders to define roles, responsibilities, and competencies
- Support wider HR transformation initiatives including organizational design and workforce planning
- Ensure alignment with government frameworks and best practices
- Conduct benchmarking and market mapping of roles
Requirements
- Proven experience in creating job descriptions and job architecture frameworks
- Background in HR transformation projects
- Experience working with government entities or large multinational organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
Preferred Background
- Exposure to public sector transformation initiatives in the UAE or GCC
