We are currently recruiting for one of our clients in Abu Dhabi, a semi-government real estate developer, who is looking to hire an HR Data & Analytics to support their growing People Analytics and Workforce Planning function.
This role plays a key part in driving the organization's HR data strategy, workforce planning, and analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, automation, and visualization of HR data across systems including SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, and SharePoint, enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, workforce insights, and executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering recruitment, performance, payroll, and engagement metrics.
- Manage the end-to-end HR data lifecycle, including data collection, validation, transformation, and visualization across HR systems.
- Design and maintain Power BI data models, dashboards, and automated reporting processes using DAX, Power Query, and integrated HR data sources.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly executive reports providing insights on workforce performance, headcount trends, and cost drivers.
- Support workforce planning and manpower forecasting, including workforce cost analysis and simulations.
- Identify opportunities to automate HR reporting and optimize data processes using tools such as Power Automate and advanced Excel.
- Support HR digital transformation initiatives, including reporting automation, SharePoint integration, and data governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to develop KPIs, maintain strong data governance, and deliver ad-hoc analytics to support leadership decision-making.
