We are looking for a proactive, organized and people-oriented HR Executive to join us.

This is a hands-on HR generalist role covering recruitment, employee engagement and HR operations. You'll work closely with the management team to support our people, strengthen internal processes and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.

  • Work closely with managers to understand manpower requirements and identify suitable candidates.

  • Maintain recruitment pipelines and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Coordinate pre-employment assessments and teaching demonstrations where applicable.

2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate onboarding arrangements, including employment documentation, orientation and system access.

  • Ensure new employees have a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.

  • Monitor probation timelines and coordinate performance reviews with reporting managers.

  • Manage employee confirmation, contract renewals, resignations and exit procedures.

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records.

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, HR correspondence and other employment-related documents.

  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, benefits and HR documentation.

  • Support monthly payroll preparation, including attendance verification, salary adjustments and relevant claims.

  • Assist with work pass applications and other statutory HR matters.

  • Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.

  • Maintain HR systems, trackers and employee databases.

4. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture

  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, team bonding sessions, celebrations and company events.

  • Act as an approachable point of contact for employees on general HR enquiries and concerns.

5. Performance Management & Employee Development

  • Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals and employee development discussions.

  • Track employee training progress and follow up with relevant reporting managers.

  • Support performance improvement plans and employee relations matters.

6. HR Process Improvement

  • Review and improve existing HR workflows, documentation and administrative processes.

  • Explore opportunities to streamline HR operations through digital tools and automation.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • Preferably 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in a generalist or recruitment-focused role.

  • Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and MOM regulations.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to interact with employees at different levels.

  • Detail-oriented, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in the education industry is an advantage but not essential.

Who We're Looking For

Beyond qualifications and experience, we value someone who:

  • Takes ownership: Follows through on responsibilities without needing constant reminders.

  • Is genuinely people-oriented: Approaches employees with empathy, professionalism and discretion.

  • Stays organized: Keeps track of important deadlines, documentation and follow-ups.

  • Communicates confidently: Can engage with candidates, employees and management effectively.

  • Is proactive and resourceful: Identifies potential issues early and takes initiative to resolve them.

  • Is adaptable: Comfortable balancing structured HR responsibilities with the evolving needs of a growing organisation.

  • Has a continuous improvement mindset: Looks for smarter and more efficient ways of working.

What We Offer

  • Opportunities to gain exposure across multiple HR functions.

  • A collaborative and supportive working environment.

  • Hands-on involvement in recruitment, employee development and HR initiatives.

  • Opportunities to contribute ideas and improve existing processes.

  • Career development opportunities as the organization grows.

Join us and play an important role in building the team behind our students success!
