HR Executive/ Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive, located in Dubai. The HR Executive will handle a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll management. Daily responsibilities include policy implementation, maintaining employee records, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies. The role also requires engaging with staff to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

• Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee engagement practices
• Knowledge of payroll processing and local labor law compliance
• Strong organizational and administrative skills for employee record maintenance and policy enforcement
• Capability to coordinate and manage training programs effectively
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in an HR role; experience in healthcare HR is a plus
• Proficiency in HR management tools and software is preferred
