The HR Executive will manage core HR functions with a primary focus on recruiting top performing real estate sales agents. The role also covers onboarding, KPI tracking, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (60%)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales agents and selected support roles.
- Build sourcing strategies to attract high-performing candidates within the brokerage industry.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and performance fit.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with business expansion.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast manpower needs and achieve recruitment targets.
Onboarding & KPI Tracking (15%)
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Track and monitor KPIs for sales agents and support staff during probation and beyond.
- Prepare performance reports and share insights with management.
Payroll Administration (15%)
- Manage monthly payroll including attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and WPS regulations.
- Liaise with finance for payroll processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Policies & Compliance (10%)
- Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with UAE Labor Law and company standards.
- Ensure employees adherence to policies, code of conduct, and workplace norms.
- Provide HR guidance and resolve compliance-related queries.
- Support management in fostering a transparent and compliant work culture.
