HR Executive

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to support our contracting & PMC division by supporting white and blue-collar staff's recruitment operations, HR administration, and PRO / government-related activities. The role ensures smooth onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of managing end-to-end recruitment coordination including interview scheduling and offer follow-ups.
• Experience in coordinating onboarding and joining formalities, ensuring timely documentation and induction support.
• Have decent experience to maintain employee records, contracts, HR files, and update HRMS systems and tracking employee documents credentials. (visa renewal, passport expiry etc)
• Experience in supporting HR related administrative works
• Assist PRO activities with tracking visa processing, labour permits, Emirates ID, and medical insurance enrolments for all employees.
• Good knowledge of payroll inputs such as attendance, leave & OT records accuracy and maintain HR related reports
• Assist in employee relations, HR queries, and coordination with cross functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in UAE
• Exposure to high-volume workforce management, including blue-collar employees
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa and immigration processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems is an advantage.
