Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labour law.
  • Support recruitment activities in close cooperation with the central HR team.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and adaptation of new employees in the Dubai office in line with company's process.
  • Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and HR reports.
  • Liaise with external partners (PRO, visa, insurance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in building a positive, inclusive, and supportive office culture.

Basic Qualifications

  • Good understanding of UAE labour law and HR procedures.
  • Experience supporting onboarding or employee engagement processes is an advantage.

Professional Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related roles.

Personal Qualities

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • English fluent; Arabic will be an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and people-focused.
