HR Functional Consultant / Developer - (Apex Experience)

About the Role We are seeking a skilled Oracle APEX Developer with a strong Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining APEX applications that extend and enhance our Oracle EBS environment. You will work closely with functional and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX applications aligned with business requirements. Integrate APEX applications with Oracle EBS modules (AP, AR, PO, INV, HR, etc.). Develop custom forms, reports, workflows, and dashboards to support business processes. Write optimized PL/SQL code, packages, views, and APIs to extend EBS functionality. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support for APEX and EBS-related components. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data security, access controls, and best development practices.
