The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll coordination.
- Support performance management processes, including reviews and goal setting.
- Address employee relations issues ano provide guidance on HR policies
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- Experience: 1-3 years (Logistics background is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Payroll & Personnel operations Benefit
