24 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or small-to-medium company.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment law.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
Proficient in HR tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
