Job Description

  • Handle the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, probation follow-ups, and offboarding.

  • Maintain and organize employee records, files, and HR databases.

  • Oversee attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with the finance team.

  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage recruitment end-to-end: posting jobs, screening, scheduling, and offers.

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR and employee relations matters.

  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication activities.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

  • Support performance review cycles and learning initiatives.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 24 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or small-to-medium company.

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment law.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in HR tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
