Job Description

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, confirmation, and offboarding.
  • Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring coordination.
  • Support employee relations, addressing HR inquiries and resolving workplace issues.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and benefits administration.
  • Act as a point of contact for French-speaking employees and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluent in French (spoken and written) is a must
  • Good command of English
  • 25 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor law
