- Manage day-to-day HR operations
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and regulations is a must
- Handle payroll processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Manage personnel activities (contracts, records, employee files, social insurance, etc.)
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Handle employee relations and performance management support
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is mandatory
- Proven experience in payroll and personnel management and Recruitment
- Solid background in HR operations
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
