Role Overview
We are seeking a
UAE National HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, ensure accurate management of employee data, and provide assistance across employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update HR data and employee records in HR systems.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new joiners.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- UAE National (mandatory).
