JOB OVERVIEW
The HR Internal Communication Supervisor is the creative voice and strategic bridge between the HR department and the entire workforce. This role is responsible for ensuring that all HR initiatives, policies, and engagement activities are communicated with clarity, creativity, and consistency. The job holder will handle the end-to-end process from conceptualizing visual designs and drafting impactful messages to documenting live events and celebrating our company culture.
Location: 1119 Nile Corniche, Cairo
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Communication Strategy & Drafting
- Draft clear, engaging, and tone-appropriate HR announcements, newsletters, policy updates, and memos.
- Develop a consistent HR Voice that aligns with the company's mission and culture.
- Manage the internal communication calendar to ensure information is shared timely without overwhelming employees.
- Edit and proofread all internal HR communications for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Act as a bridge between the HR department and employees, ensuring feedback is captured and communication channels are two-way.
2. Design & Content Creation
- Create visually appealing graphics, and digital content for HR initiatives using design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Maintain the HR internal brand identity across all visual materials.
- Produce multimedia content (short videos, photo collages, digital presentations) to highlight company achievements and culture.
3. Event Documentation
- Document all HR activities and events (team building, seasonal celebrations, wellness programs, trainings) through photography, video, or post-event summaries to be shared on company channels.
- Create highlight reels or photo albums for internal archives to celebrate team milestones and improve organizational memory.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: 35 years of experience in Internal Communications, HR, or Corporate Branding.
- Proven experience in documenting corporate/team events.
- Experience using internal communication platforms
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills in Arabic and English.
- A social media mindset the ability to make HR news feel modern, fresh, and engaging.
