Develop and implement the annual learning and development strategy aligned with business goals.

Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and develop competency-based learning programs.

Design and manage leadership development, onboarding, and technical training programs.

Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training metrics and records.

Manage e-learning platforms and vendor relationships to optimize training delivery.

Ensure all learning initiatives comply with local regulations and Saudization requirements.

Support the HR Manager in building career progression and talent development frameworks.

Supervise and mentor the LD Specialist to ensure consistent quality in training delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 68 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior specialist role.

Strong understanding of competency frameworks and performance management integration.

Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.

Excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.

Bilingual in Arabic and English.
