Role Overview:

ACWA Power is hiring for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end human resources operations at a remote project site in NEOM, KSA, supporting technical staff and engineers onsite. The role acts as a strategic HR Business Partner, ensuring strong people practices, compliance, and workforce effectiveness in a project-driven environment.

The role is based onsite at NEOM, KSA. Candidates will be required to relocate if not based locally. This role goes beyond transactional HR. The successful candidate will operate as a strategic HR Business Partner, balancing workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and leadership advisory within a high-pressure, delivery-driven project setting.

Essential requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- 8+ years of progressive HR experience ideally within Engineering, construction, energy, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.

- Remote-site or camp-based environments.

- Strong, hands-on knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.

- Experience working with Success Factors and Oracle.

- Demonstrated credibility advising senior project and technical leaders.

- Comfortable operating autonomously within a remote-site environment.
