Overview

We are looking for a solid, hands-on HR Manager to build and lead a reliable HR function that supports our growth across multiple regions. This role focuses on establishing scalable HR operations, ensuring compliance across all entities, managing contracts and documentation, and creating clear frameworks for hiring, performance cycles, and organizational structure.

The ideal candidate has experience in HR operations within a B2B SaaS or tech environment, understands multi-region compliance, and is confident using AI-powered HR tools to improve workflows, documentation, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, or Senior HR Generalist in a tech or SaaS environment
  • Strong foundation in HR operations, policies, and compliance
  • Experience managing multi-entity structures and cross-border employment regulations
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, legal requirements, and statutory compliance in different regions
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (HRIS), payroll coordination, and employee documentation
  • Experience designing onboarding and offboarding frameworks
  • Experience setting up hiring processes, job descriptions, and standardized HR frameworks
  • Ability to build HR workflows, SOPs, and process documentation
  • Experience with benefits administration, contracts, and compensation structure alignment

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure clean, organized, and compliant HR processes
  • Build and maintain structured onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access, checklists, and compliance steps
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and documentation across all company entities
  • Oversee employee contracts, renewals, amendments, and legal compliance
  • Manage payroll coordination, employment records, and benefits administration
  • Standardize hiring processes, job descriptions, and interview frameworks
  • Support recruitment operations and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Maintain and optimize the HRIS system (experience with Zoho is a plus).
  • Manage performance cycle administration (forms, timelines, documentation not coaching)
  • Prepare HR documentation needed for audits, compliance checks, or due diligence
  • Provide operational HR support to leadership for planning, hiring, and regional expansion
