Role:
You will lead on-site HR operations, weekly KPI tracking, and performance management for large-scale construction projects. This is a hands-on, island-based role working closely with Project heads to drive workforce productivity, discipline, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own weekly manpower and HR KPIs (headcount vs plan, attendance, absenteeism, overtime, attrition)
- Drive performance management, PIPs, and disciplinary actions on site
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for island / remote project sites
- Partner with project teams on manpower planning and workforce control
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and site governance
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for site leadership and workforce
Requirements
- 812+ years HR experience in construction / contracting (main contractor mandatory)
- Strong exposure to site-based HR operations and large workforces
- Proven experience in performance management and KPI reporting
- Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven project environments
