Job Description

Role Purpose

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting business objectives, and fostering a positive, high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR administration
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Lead performance management, learning & development, and succession planning
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and people matters

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 510 years of progressive HR experience, including a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership
