About The Role
We are hiring a
high-caliber HR Manager with proven EPC experience in the UAE to lead HR across corporate and project sites.
This Role Is Strictly For Professionals Who Understand
- Site-based workforce dynamics
- Large-scale manpower mobilization
- EPC project cycles and pressures
If you do not have
hands-on EPC experience in the UAE, this role is not suitable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations across multiple project sites and corporate office
- Drive manpower planning & mobilization aligned to project timelines
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, and site HR governance
- Implement performance management frameworks (KPIs / BSC)
- Ensure UAE Labour Law compliance, WPS, and audit readiness
- Oversee recruitment for engineering, technical, and site roles
- Manage HR budgets and workforce cost optimization
- Lead HR reporting, dashboards, and HRMS utilization
- Support organizational structure and transformation initiatives
Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years HR experience
- Minimum 57 years in EPC / Construction companies in UAE
- Proven experience managing large, multi-site workforce (300+ employees)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in site HR operations is mandatory
