About the Role
The HR Manager will lead the HR function for the longevity center from launch stage, owning HR strategy, recruitment oversight, compliance, and people operations.
This is a leadership role requiring proven experience in recruiting healthcare professionals. The HR Manager will define hiring strategy, make key hiring decisions, and oversee execution supported by the HR team.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead and oversee recruitment strategy for medical and non-medical roles, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Supervise recruitment execution, sourcing, and onboarding activities supported by the HR team
- Ensure all licensing, credentialing, and compliance requirements are met for medical hires
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labour law and healthcare-specific regulatory requirements
- Oversee HR documentation, employee records, contracts, and compliance files
- Act as the main HR contact for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews
HR Policies & Performance Management
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies aligned with legal and medical industry standards
- Design and oversee performance management frameworks in collaboration with longevity center leadership
- Establish clear HR workflows, responsibilities, and operating standards for the HR team
Employee Relations & Culture
- Lead employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Build a professional, ethical, and collaborative workplace culture aligned with the longevity center's values
Training, Development & Compensation
- Oversee training and development initiatives for medical and non-medical staff
- Ensure continuous professional development aligned with healthcare best practices
- Oversee compensation and benefits frameworks, payroll coordination, and market benchmarking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD, SHRM, or similar certification is an advantage)
- 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years within healthcare or medical organizations in the UAE
- Proven experience recruiting medical professionals in regulated healthcare environments
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and healthcare regulatory requirements
- Experience building HR functions, policies, and recruitment processes from the ground up
- Demonstrated people management and leadership experience
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems
