Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in Riyadh.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Organise and manage training and development programmes.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR management within the business services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in Riyadh.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
