Pedigri Technologies is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function at Pedigri Technologies. You will be a strategic partner to management, responsible for driving HR initiatives, supporting business growth, and fostering a positive culture and employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, company policies, and Audit
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business objectives
- Support talent management, learning & development, and organizational development initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters
- Drive Emiratization initiatives and maintain accurate HR metrics and reporting
- Manage HR projects, employee surveys, and internal communication initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience in HR management in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HR policies, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hands on ATS system and HIRS
