Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding processes, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining HR strategies and policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and working to foster a positive organizational culture. The HR Manager will act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, compliance requirements, and workplace regulations
• Leadership, team management, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools, with the ability to analyze data for reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications like CIPD or SHRM are a plus
• Relevant experience working in HR, preferably within the UAE business landscape
