HR Manager

WE'RE HIRING | HR MANAGER

Real Mark is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a well-rounded HR professional with hands-on experience across all HR functions, who can effectively manage the company's HR operations, including recruitment, personnel, payroll coordination with Egyptian Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and workflows in line with Real Mark's business needs and approved organization structure.

* Manage workforce planning and the full recruitment cycle.

* Review monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate data. 

* Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance requirements, and company policies .

* Handle employee relations, investigations, disciplinary cases, grievances, and performance-related actions in coordination with management. 

* Manage the performance appraisal cycle.

* Manage HR operations through Odoo HR, ensuring employee data, attendance, time off, recruitment, appraisals, and other omllemented modules are properly maintained and used. 

* Provide practical HR recommendations to senior management and support organizational changes, salary review, promotions, and manpower decisions. 

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 7-10 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

* Strong hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.

* Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.

* Experience in HR KPIs and Performance Management.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Very good command of English.

* Good knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
