HR Manager

• Salary: SGD $3,500 - $4,000 per month
• Working Location: Jalan Terusan
• Working Days: 5.5 days

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company's HR operations and administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
• Supervise payroll, leave administration, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations and employment legislation.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance management.
• Manage performance appraisal and staff development programs.
• Advise management on HR best practices and manpower planning.
• Oversee work pass applications and compliance.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower budgets, and management updates.
• Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM requirements.
• Experience in payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
