Manpower planning and recruitment for factory workers, engineers, supervisors, and staff
Attendance, timekeeping, leave control, overtime monitoring, and disciplinary actions
Performance management, KPI tracking, appraisals, and performance-linked increments
Payroll coordination, allowances, and manpower cost control (with Finance)
Full compliance with UAE Labor Law, visas, WPS, contracts, gratuity, and terminations
HR policies, SOPs, employee records, and HR system/ERP data accuracy
Employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in industrial settings
Training coordination and internal capability development
