Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Run all daily and weekly/monthly reports related to the Human Resources department.
- Proactively analyze areas of reporting which can be improved or automated to facilitate better decision-making.
- Create regular process reviews to evaluate performance and KPIs of HR divisions to support the top management decisions.
- Support all the HR units in any required reports regarding their performance, head counts, and individual productivity of each team member.
- Follow up on required reports with business unit department staff.
- Create and design reports from various systems and analyze the results for the management team and business unit heads for their decision-making.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics.
