Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an HR Operations Specialist / Personnel Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in managing day-to-day HR operations and personnel activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all employee-related processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain employee records, support onboarding and offboarding, handle governmental and labor-related documentation, and ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all employee-related documents including new hire documents, contract renewals, transfers acknowledgments, nickname forms, UPLs, HR letters, and experience letters.
  • Follow up with employees to collect, review, and maintain all required documents in a timely manner
  • Prepare, issue, and archive employment contracts, renewal contracts, and related company documents in compliance with government regulations and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for events such as hiring, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and separations.
  • Upload and update employees documents and records on Sage and other internal systems
  • Assist in tracking employee attendance, leaves (vacation, sick leave, etc.), and ensure proper documentation is recorded.
  • Support in preparing monthly reports related to contracts, probation periods, renewals, and employee records.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and required documents
  • Support handling medical insurance documentation cases such as additions, deletions, and refunds
  • Assist in preparing personnel reports required by governmental authorities (labor office, social insurance office, etc.).
  • Provide general administrative support to HR Operations and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, additional HR education and certification will be a plus.
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • High sense of ownership, customer orientation and adaptive to change.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (oral and written)
