HR Operation Specialist

Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a HR Operations Specialist with strong hands-on experience in HR operations and Saudi government platforms. The successful candidate will support day-to-day employee operations, government transactions, HR documentation, and compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee-related transactions.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Handle employee transfers, visa processes, and related transactions.
• Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employee documentation.
• Manage and support Mowaamah Program requirements.
• Process HR transactions through Saudi government platforms.
• Ensure employee records and HR documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Ensure HR processes comply with Saudi Labor Law and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with employees, management, and government authorities as required.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong experience in HR Operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Qiwa
• Muqeem
• GOSI
• Mudad
• Labor Office
• Other relevant Saudi government HR platforms
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent language and professional communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Profile

Candidates currently working in positions such as HR Operations Specialist, HR Specialist, HR Officer, Personnel Specialist, Government Relations Specialist, or Employee Relations Specialist with direct experience using Saudi government HR platforms are encouraged to apply.
