Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

25 years of experience in recruitment operations, vendor management, HR operations, or administrative roles.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (Procurement, IT, Facilities, Finance).

Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Competencies

End-to-end operational ownership.

Cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

Experience in leveraging digital tools for process documentation and reporting.
