Job Description

Baladna Food Industries is hiring a HR Operations Officer to join our dedicated team in Cairo, Egypt!

Join our team and play a key role in delivering effective HR programs and ensuring smooth administrative operations. As an HR Operations Officer, you will coordinate HR initiatives, maintain personnel records, support performance management, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Core Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law knowledge.
  2. Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  3. Excellent English communication skills.
  4. Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience (in HR operations or similar functions within HR; GCC experience is a plus).

Location - Greek Campus, Abdeen, Downtown.
