Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master in HR
- 5 years experience in HR Ops (UAE)
- UAE Driving license (preferred)
- Experience in manpower outsource industry (mandatory)
- Familiar with UAE labour law

Job Description
- Handle HR operations of outsourced staff (white collar and blue collar), including onboarding, employee relations, renewals, transfers, and off-boarding
- Direct focal point of clients for day to day operations
- Handle employee grievances
- Time sheet collection
- Monitor payroll and billing
Maintain client relationship
