  • 5 years experience in HR Ops (UAE)
  • UAE Driving license (preferred)
  • Experience in manpower outsource industry (mandatory)
  • Familiar with UAE labour law

  • Handle HR operations of outsourced staff (white collar and blue collar), including onboarding, employee relations, renewals, transfers, and off-boarding
  • Direct focal point of clients for day to day operations
  • Handle employee grievances
  • Time sheet collection
  • Monitor payroll and billing
