Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in people operations and payroll, with a strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. This role is critical to ensuring smooth HR operations and delivering a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
  • Administer payroll processing and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems with employee data and organizational changes
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee queries regarding compensation and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and employee experience
  • Assist in audits and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bchelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 23 years of experience in HR operations and payroll
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
