Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in people operations and payroll, with a strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. This role is critical to ensuring smooth HR operations and delivering a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
- Administer payroll processing and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations
- Maintain and update HRIS systems with employee data and organizational changes
- Support benefits administration and respond to employee queries regarding compensation and benefits
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and employee experience
- Assist in audits and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bchelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 23 years of experience in HR operations and payroll
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
