Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily operations of overseas HR services, ensuring efficient execution of global employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, international assignments included).
2. Standardize and document overseas HR workflows, continuously optimize related operation manuals to ensure process consistency and compliance with local regulations across countries/regions.
3. Serve as the liaison between headquarters, overseas HR teams and business teams, coordinate and resolve employee inquiries and urgent HR-related issues.
4. Regularly track overseas HR operation service satisfaction and business demands to drive performance improvement of the Shared Service Center (SSC).
5. Introduce automation tools (e.g., RPA) to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance SSC service efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR Shared Service Center, with a background in supporting international HR operations or cross-border personnel management processes.
2. Demonstrated experience in SSC process optimization, with the ability to improve operational efficiency through standardization and digital tool application.
3. Excellent cross-functional communication skills, capable of effective coordination among headquarters, regional HR teams and third-party service providers.
4. Proficient in English, with the ability to use it as a working language.
