Job Duties
1. Personnel Administration
Maintain and update employees records (physical and electronic) for the branch.
Ensure timely preparation and processing of all personnel documents (contracts, renewals, amendments, warnings, terminations, etc.).
Verify and file required employee documentation as per company policy and labor law.
2. Attendance & Payroll Support
Monitor and verify employees attendance, leaves, and overtime for payroll processing.
Prepare branch payroll input and coordinate with the central HR/payroll team.
Follow up on salary changes, deductions, or allowances affecting payroll.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding
Support Interview, Hiring Process
Conduct initial orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring they understand company policies and branch procedures.
Ensure completion of all onboarding formalities and documentation.
4. Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and grievance handling.
Escalate complex HR issues to the HR Manager.
Support branch managers in implementing performance management processes.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure branch HR operations comply with labor law, social insurance regulations, and company policies.
Prepare and submit regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave balances, etc.) to the central HR department.
Coordinate with governmental authorities for inspections or documentation requests when needed.
