The HR Operations Manager oversees and enhances the full HR operations cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all HR processes. The role is responsible for managing payroll operations, employee data, HR systems, social insurance, documentation, and adherence to company policies and government regulations. Additionally, the HR Operations Manager plays a key role in improving employee experience through service excellence, process optimization, and strong cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll preparation, personnel administration, and HR systems accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes according to established SLAs and internal controls.
- Supervise employee personnel files, documentation, and data integrity across HR platforms and archives.
- Manage payroll inputs, deductions, attendance, and final payroll validation before submission.
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and update HR policies, workflows, and SOPs, ensuring they are followed consistently.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and other departments to support smooth HR service delivery.
- Support internal and external HR audits and ensure all corrective actions are executed.
- Lead HR communication for operations-related updates, forms, announcements, and employee guidelines.
- Handle employee queries related to HR operations and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify gaps, propose improvements, and implement process enhancements for overall HR efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 58 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and personnel management.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience working with HRIS systems, attendance systems, and payroll software.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in data and document review.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
